Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate disqualification from the hiring process or termination of employment if discovered later.

  • Authorization for Vetting: You acknowledge and agree that submitting an application authorizes the Company to conduct standard industry background checks, which may include, but are not limited to:

    • Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) and driving history.

    • Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol clearinghouse checks.

    • Criminal background checks and employment verifications.

  • No Guarantee of Employment: The listing of job openings and the submission of an application do not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of an interview. All hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company.
