As an active hiring entity, the following terms apply to all job applicants, owner-operators, and prospective contractors:
Accuracy of Information: By submitting an application, resume, or driving record, you certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate disqualification from the hiring process or termination of employment if discovered later.
Authorization for Vetting: You acknowledge and agree that submitting an application authorizes the Company to conduct standard industry background checks, which may include, but are not limited to:
Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) and driving history.
Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol clearinghouse checks.
Criminal background checks and employment verifications.
No Guarantee of Employment: The listing of job openings and the submission of an application do not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of an interview. All hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company.
At-Will Employment Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated in a formal, written employment contract signed by an authorized officer of the Company, all employment with the Company is "at-will." This means either party can terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
